Unknown said...: A couple years back, I got to see a man dressed like a cow getting arrested on Mill Ave. during Halloween. Not only was the sight pretty amusing, but dozens of people had collected at the scene and were Moo-ing at him the whole time. Love it.; October 10, 2008 at 3:51 PM
